Shin Kamen Rider is an upcoming Japanese tokusatsu superhero film written and directed by Hideaki Anno, produced to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the Kamen Rider Series and is a reboot of the original 1971 Kamen Rider series.

A virtual world in a scab coral (coral-like information life form) created by Eureka. Ten years have passed since the people of the virtual world appeared on this earth with the collapse. When Honey's uncle gets kidnapped by the evil criminal gang known as "Panther Claw," she must use her magical powers of transformation to save him. Meanwhile the same crime group has been responsible for a number of other crime sprees across Tokyo.
