The Transcontinental Broadcasting Company sends a sound truck and equipment to a ranch to obtain an audition from "Santa Fe" Evans and his musical cowboys (Oscar Gahan, Lloyd Perryman, Robert "Curley" Hoag, Rudy Sooter and Sherry Tansey.) Carver, arch enemy of Evans and a rival for the love of Carol Sheldon, fails in an attempt to spoil the audition. Carver frames Mr. Sheldon and Carol's brother Buddy on a charge, by Al Jensen, of receiving cattle stolen from him by Evans. Carver blames Evans for all of the Sheldon's troubles and, what with one thing or another, it looks like Evans and his cowhands will miss the big broadcast.

Insurance Agent Ted Sanders has been called in to investigate a robbery and murder. A deputy also arrives to investigate. But unknown to Ted, the Deputy is a fake and actually part of the gang. The fake plants some of the money in Ted's room so he can arrest him. Then with the help of the gang he plans to finish Ted off.

Clay Morgan kills Joel Potter and Marshal Manning has to arrest the brother of the girl he plans to marry.

Rex, a wild stallion, and Rinty, a police dog, are pals. Their master , John Sheldon, is framed for murder, and Alice Ingram plans to race Rex for money to pay for John's legal defense. Meantime, Frank Nolan, who has falsely accused John, sets out to steal Rex for himself.

A young ranch foreman, Bud Drake aka The Kid, is wrongfully arrested for the theft of six-thousand dollars from ranch-owner "Hardshell" Beckett. He escapes and with the aid of Beckett's adopted daughter, Alice, sets out to clear his name.

Jeremy Wales, a crook who stays on the safe side of the law but bends it whenever possible,has tricked short-sighted John 'Dad" Saunders to sign a note for ten thousand dollars instead of the one thousand that Saunders borrowed to work his "Rose o' My Heart" mine. Saunders tells his problem to Phil Lee, a prosperous young rancher, whose method of settling problems has gained him the nickname of "Quick Trigger."

Escaping from the Sheriff, Jim and Cookie decide to go straight. But when they meet their old cohort, The Blanco Kid, he tells their new boss they are outlaws and they are in trouble again.

Brokaw, the Polka Dot Bandit, asks Farrell to help rob Wells Fargo. Farrell plans to capture Brokaw for the reward but is assumed to be one of the bandits and shot. Brent captures Brokaw, but Ann thinking her father is in on the robbery lets him go. Brent catches up with him only to be framed when the polka dot bandanna is found on his saddle.

In a trapper's cabin, Sergeant Stone finds a fellow Mountie murdered and is given the assignment of locating the killer.

Three cowboys try to stop a crook from defrauding an orphan girl out of her money.

Deputy Sheriff "Smoke" Sanderson (Bob Custer) is after a gang of smugglers, led by Brad Vogel (J.P. McGowan) operating along the Texas/Mexico border but he does not know that Chet Clayton (Perry Murdock), the brother of his sweetheart, Wanda Clayton (Phyllis Bainbridge), is one of the gang members.

Mounties O'Malley and Calhoun are sent to see why miners are not returning with their gold. Arriving, they recover the gold from a robbery attempt.

A cowboy is ambushed by a gang of outlaws and later falsely accused of being one himself. He ultimately proves his innocence by displaying a tattoo depicting the state of Oklahoma!

Leary is using the Express Agent's liking for alcohol to enable his men to steal insured packages. Then he claims the insurance. Railroad Agent Hartley is sent to investigate and suspecting Leary, he and the Sheriff plan to trap them the next time they try their scheme.

Jack is a cowboy posing as an outlaw in order to infiltrate the gang of counterfeiters who has kidnapped Barbara.

Bill attempts to apprehend the villain who killed his brother. Unfortunately, a crooked border-town sheriff is in his way.

There is trouble on the Bar D ranch as cowhand Mile Ahead plans to rustle the herd. He starts a fire on the opposite side of the ranch to keep the hands busy and also kidnaps the new school teacher. Fighting the fire, Foreman Denver leans the cattle are gone and going after Mile Ahead, learns the teacher is a prisoner in the school and the fire that is now out of control is heading her way.

Concern for her father, who is being slowly ruined by cattle rustling, prompts Mary Benson to do some investigating in a distant cattle town, where she briefly encounters drifters Oklahoma Adams and Sneezer Clark. They follow her back to Arizona, go to work on the Benson ranch, and discover the ranch foreman to be responsible for the rustling and the robbery of a rodeo box office.

When easterner Jack Steel gets into trouble with the law again, his father sends him to his ranch out west. There he and Alice Duncan become attracted to each other. Cowhand Slim was planning to marry Alice and now kidnaps her. When Slim's girl friend learns of Slim's interest in Alice, she tells Jack where Alice is and he heads out alone to face the three kidnapers.

A Cattlemen´s Association hires a detective (Bob Custer) to look into a series of cattle rustlings. To dismantle the plot, an undercover agent will be infiltrating the gang as a bandit.

Polly (Pauline Garon) and Gert (Gertrude Short) are a pair of lingerie models, ever on the prowl for boyfriends. When the girls "steal" the sweethearts of vaudeville's Dotty Sisters (Lillian Hackett, Jean Van Vliet), the Dottys retaliate by getting our heroines fired.

Just out of jail and vowing to go straight, former jewel thief Boston Blackie, undertakes the reformation of a pretty blonde who has stolen a necklace from a cabaret dancer. He learns that the jewel belongs to the mother of the blonde girl, and the blonde's philandering father gave it as a gift to the cabaret girl. Now, Blackie must find a way to return the necklace to the owner's safe without arousing the suspicions of the girl's family.

The story of a decent, law-abiding saloon owner who gets himself in trouble with the corrupt city fathers when he attempts to close down the town's watering holes at midnight and on Sundays.
