History
Marc Price (born February 23, 1968) is a television actor, primarily known for his role as Irwin "Skippy" Handelman on "Family Ties." Price also played Eddie "Ragman" Weinbauer in the 1986 cult horror film "Trick or Treat" and appeared in the 1988 action-adventure film "The Rescue" with Kevin Dillon. He hosted the children's game show "Teen Win, Lose or Draw" on The Disney Channel from 1989 to 1992 and later produced the short-lived TBS interactive game show "Midnight Money Madness" in 2006. Price has also worked as a stand-up comedian, drawing heavily on his experiences on "Family Ties" for material, and appeared briefly as a contestant on "Last Comic Standing" in 2006.

Eddie Weinbauer
Eddie Weinbauer, a metalhead teen who is bullied at school, looks to his heavy metal superstar idol, Sammi Curr, for guidance. When Curr is killed in a hotel fire, Eddie becomes the recipient of the only copy of Curr's unreleased album, which, when played backwards, brings Sammi back to life. As Halloween approaches, Eddie begins to realize that this isn't only rock 'n roll...it's life and death.

A former boxer known as Old Leather Face opens a nightclub called the Zoo, which does not do a good business. A group of homeless teenagers want to rent the place and start what they hope will be a profitable business, but a gang threatens to shut it down.
