Julia and Moises fell in love and got married when they were young, idealistic, and passionate; now in their 30s, their marriage has cooled and their lives have sunken into the mediocrity they had sought to avoid. This realization inspires a quest to regain the lost dreams of their youth, which is complicated when a handsome student begins to pursue Julia. She begins an affair with the fiery young activist that may just put the excitement back into her marriage. This is a funny and insightful exploration of the intricacies of relationships, love, and idealism, and Jesus Ochoa as Moises turns in a stellar performance.
Screenplay
The first story focused on Tai and Kari Kamiya four years before their adventure in the Digital World. It shows their first encounter with Digimon and what happened to them (as well as the other children). Tai and Kari wake one morning to find a Digi-Egg that came out of their computer the night before and the egg soon hatches, revealing a Botamon. The Digimon then evolves into Koromon and then Agumon (not the same one that became friends with Tai in the series, and yet, somehow, both Koromon and Kari remember each other), who then goes out and unintentionally destroys a good part of the neighborhood with Kari riding on his back. A second Digi-Egg appears in the sky to reveal an evil digimon, Parrotmon. Agumon then Digivolves to Greymon but isn't strong enough to beat Parrotmon and is knocked out. Tai grabs Kari's whistle and wakes up Greymon, who defeats Parrotmon and disappears with him.

"It's all a LIE!!" or so screams our hero, DETECTIVE JACK PERRY. We meet Jack in the prologue as he interrupts a telecast of a movie review program. He claims REEFER MADNESS, the classic cult film which the two critics are reviewing, is nothing but a slanderous lie. We have been shown clips of the original film where Perry was portrayed as a low-life drug pusher. Now, here it is, decades after REEFER MADNESS was first released, and the real life Jack Perry shows up and claims, "...the movie was made to frame me. I was actually an undercover cop!" The two critics don't buy any of his story. Jack says he can prove what he claims by showing his version of the movie -- which he just happens to have brought along. The reviewers tell Jack that they don't have time to show his film on their program. Jack's 44 Magnum convinces them otherwise.
