History

Luis Roberto Vera Vargas is a Chilean film director, producer, writer and communications professor. Vargas was born in Santiago, Chile. He left the country after the 1973 military coup and arrived first in Perú as a refugee, and then in Romania, where he studied film at the University of Bucharest.
