Para que una ciudad llegue a la categoría de metrópoli depende de su crónica de sucesos. Exhibicionistas en cementerios, mirones en parques, ladrones de bancos, conductores temerarios, violadores, asesinos, todo esto ya lo había en Belgrado, pero faltaba el rey de los criminales para que la ciudad se pudiese catalogar de metrópoli, el estrangulador. Así se narra la historia del primer estrangulador de Belgrado, Pera Mitic, un vendedor de claveles de 48 años, dominado y maltratado por su madre. Del inspector que quiere darle caza y de Spiridon, un joven cantante de rock, que siente una especial conexión con el estrangulador, al cual dedica una canción que se convierte en éxito.

A priest arrives in a village and give advice and comfort to different people. He meets a wheelchair-bound former representative of the Communist party, a woman who is dying of tuberculosis and an astronomer who sings in a punk band.

A young reporter girl nicknamed Cream Pie writes an article on money-making in small businesses. She meets a married shoemaker who falls for her and steals his wife's money for their love nest, but Cream Pie discovers it by accident and takes it to the newspapers' office. Shoemaker's wife interferes into this whole confusion and the whole fuss resolves at a hospital.

Raw Spice is a fly-on-the-wall documentary like no other. It charts the formation of a girl band in 1994, a group who would go on to be the biggest selling girl band in history, five girls who became... The Spice Girls. This footage was shot two years before the girls had their first hit single. We see them living together in a tiny house in Maidenhead as they rehearse day in, day out, striving to become a success. We watch their rehearsals; and we discover their very distinctive personalities that we all know help make up the band. This includes never before seen footage of the girls speaking of their ambitions and fears, as well as their trademark outrageous behaviour and some titanic bust-ups.
