En un futuro donde la mayor parte del agua ha desaparecido de la Tierra, encontramos a un grupo de adolescentes que viven en un orfanato, bajo las reglas de los despóticos nuevos dictadores de la nueva Tierra. Un día encuentran una pelota de poder especial que produce extraños efectos en ellos. Cuando les roban la pelota, se escapan del orfanato, perseguidos por la policía.

Poca gente sobrevive en Nueva York en el año 2012. Están organizados en bandas con sus respectivos territorios. El jefe de una es Baron, el de otra, Carrot y están en guerra perpetua entre ellos. A futuristic drama about five survivors trying to make sense of a New World after a devastating urban catastrophe challenges their basic human needs.
