Sinopsis
El director madrileño Antonio Méndez Esparza debuta en la gran pantalla con "Aquí y Allá" en dónde aborda cuestiones que derivan de las migraciones, el deseo y esperanza de una vida mejor y el miedo y la tristeza que conlleva dejar atrás el hogar y la familia. Pedro regresa a casa tras pasar un largo tiempo viviendo en los Estados Unidos con la intención de mejorar la vida y recursos económicos de su familia. Vuelve a su pueblo natal situado en las montañas de Guerrero (México) para reunirse con su mujer y sus dos hijas. Con los ahorros que ha conseguido acumular aspira a poder vivir, de manera definitiva, una vida mejor junto a su familia e incluso hacer realidad su sueño más deseado: formar un pequeño grupo de música llamado Copa Kings. Pero desgraciadamente, las cosas se complican en su regreso, ya que las oportunidades de empleo en su tierra son muy escasas y necesita seguir obteniendo beneficios para poder sobrevivir y cumplir su sueño.
