Sinopsis
Young women disappear one after another in drizzling rain. They all hear the “cursed song” of the Cage Song before they vanish into thin air. Kitaro and his friends investigate these mysterious cases when they meet Kaede Hiramoto, a high school girl who finds herself involved in this mystery. With the help from the librarian of Yokai Library, they find out that the curse was caused by an evil Yokai that was released from 1,000 years of sealing. To save Kaede, they are to gather the 5 ancient musical instruments and perform the ritual to seal the evil Yokai again, which has to be done within 48 hours!
Fleeing heartbreak in the big city, Ichiko returns to Komori, her rural hometown. She battles summer's rain and humidity, bakes her own bread, grows hothouse tomatoes and tills the fields. During autumn, the time for pickling and preserving fish and sweet potatoes, Ichiko begins reaping rice and recalls her departure five years before.
People attend their first halt in a newly opened lodge in deep forest, but something is waiting for them.

La historia gira en torno a Saiga Riki-Oh, bendecido con fuerza inhumana, que, después de tomar venganza en contra de un yakuza que fue responsable de la muerte de un niño que se hizo amigo de él (en la película es su novia que murió), termina en una cárcel de máxima seguridad, propiedad de una organización privada. La historia sigue con Riki y la búsqueda de su hermano pequeño Saiga Nachi que lleva una esvástica en su mano derecha y también posee fuerza sobrehumana. Riki-Oh se encuentran con muchos oponentes, ya sea con fuerza sobrehumana o expertos en artes marciales durante su viaje.
In a small motel located next to the highway there's nothing but boredom and laziness, but only until the waiter Raka gets promotion becoming a DE chief (Duty executor) of it. He becomes obsessed with his position in no time, start pushing everybody around and acting like a "Small God", introducing reorganization. The staff prepares their revenge upon the visit of the general manager of all motels to this so-called renovated facility.
