Sinopsis
Se organiza una expedición a una isla selvática de Malasia, en busca de unos legendarios diamantes. El grupo se compone de Clint, el profesor Dawson, Stark, el doctor Schwarz, Moreau, Nancy, Alain y Muller. Luego de ser atacados por una tribu hostil, aparece Samoa, una mujer de una belleza deslumbrante, que les guía a través de la selva hasta llegar a una cueva donde la tribu esconde los diamantes. Enseguida aparecen en el grupo las traiciones, las peleas y también la muerte.
Sheena (Tanya Roberts), la Reina de la Selva, siendo una niña, perdió a sus padres, durante un safari, y fue criada por una bruja de una tribu africana. Así, con el tiempo, adquirió poderes y conocimientos para comunicarse telepáticamente con las criaturas de la selva. Convertida ya en una bella joven, vive su primer amor con Vic Casey (Ted Wass), un reportero de la televisión, y juntos tratarán de frenar las ambiciones territoriales de un malvado príncipe africano.
