Sinopsis
Dos criminales disparan a su compañero durante un robo, Jack Justice, un temerario policía de Los Ángeles, dispara a uno de ellos en la cabeza con una ballesta y mata a golpes al otro. Su jefe lo suspende inmediatamente del servicio activo y le dice que se aleje de Los Ángeles lo más que pueda ... así que Jack se dirige a México para visitar a su padre retirado allí. Pero mientras conduce a través de Red Mesa, Texas, es testigo de algunas extrañas actividades policiales. Pronto se convierte en el chivo expiatorio de la policía corrupta y racista que intenta encubrir el asesinato de un narcotraficante y un oficial.
