Sinopsis

El Circo Fantástico, con su dueño don Simón, su hija Lilí, Tony, novio de ella, el fortachón Hércules, el malvado mago Makario, su asistente enano Ropacha y otros, llega a un pueblo. Como no soporta que los niños sean felices, Makario provoca con su magia, que la temporada fracase, pero cuando se va a levantar la carpa llega un buen mago y el payaso Cepillín, que salvan la temporada. Cepillín derrota a Makario, usando la sonrisa de los niños como conjuro para triunfar, y al cumplir su misión Cepillín se va cantando
