En esta ocasión los hermanos Wayans empiezan la historia con una satírica parodia de El Exorcista, mostrando a James Woods en el papel de un cura poco convencional, el padre McFelly, ocupado en salvar a una Natasha Lyonne de un espíritu de otro mundo. Entonces, retomando la historia donde la dejaron, los hermanos Wayans se vuelven a reunir de forma cómica con la heroína Cindy Campbell, convertida ahora en una buena estudiante universitaria. Un profesor loco la recluta a ella y a su grupo de compañeros deseosos de vivir aventuras y nuevas experiencias, para una salida de fin de semana bajo el pretexto de realizar un experimento científico.
