La actuación frente a 85 000 delirantes Metalheads con Ville Lipiäinen, grabado con diecisiete cámaras y de una duración de 85 minutos. En el segundo DVD encontrarás el documental de 120 minutos de duración 'Please Learn The Setlist in 48 Hours', que muestra todo el drama y la locura en esta versión. Además hay 16 minutos del torneo de hockey de mesa de Nightwish, grabado durante el tour. Algo mas de extra son los videos : 'I Want My Tears Back' (Live in the Hartwall Arena) y 'Ghost Love Score' (Live in Buenos Aires).

Wacken Open Air is the biggest 3-day-rock- and metal-festival in the world. It's three days of raw energy, non-stop Heavy Metal music at full blast and 80.000 fans on a party frenzy. A true legend, taking place annually since 1990 in the sleepy German country town of Wacken, it attracts fans from all over the world.

In 2009 Wacken Open Air celebrated it´s 20th Anniversary with a giant party and as usual it was recorded on DVD. With a duration of more than 500 minutes on 3 DVD´s it´s the biggest Wacken live DVD ever! Included are videos of more than 60 bands, 70 live tracks in 5.1 / 2.0 Dolby Digital and additionally masses of documentations and our world record – the world´s longest dvd credits with more than 17500 participants!

Celebrating their 35 anniversary, Germany’s most successful Heavy Metal band, Scorpions, invited former members Uli Jon Roth, Michael Schenker and Herman Rarebell to join them onstage at Wacken Open Air 2006. Billed as “A Night To Remember, A Journey Through Time”, the August 3rd performance’s setlist was voted on by fans around the world via the Scorpions’ website and witnessed by over 60,000 metalheads in attendance.

If you think it couldn't get any bigger, than you have to watch this DVD. Sold out in March, more than 5 month before the festival, 90,000 Metal Heads followed the call to celebrate the biggest Metal Fest in the World. This mega-event can now be celebrated at home!!

Avantasia de Tobias Sammet volvieron a ponernos los pelos como escarpias, firmando una actuación redonda y deshaciéndose su líder en halagos hacia sus invitados (Eric Martin, Bob Catley, un adelgazadísimo Jorn Lande y un sublime Geoff Tate, sin olvidarse de la gran Amanda Somerville y el no menos portentoso Herbie Langhans). Toda mi admiración para alguien que sabe reconocer el mérito ajeno y está dispuesto a rodearse de intérpretes de mayor calidad técnica que la propia, dejando de lado las tan habituales luchas de egos.
