The Ugly Duckling (2010)

Wallace y su inseparable perro Gromit disfrutan de un día de picnic, pero tendrán que sobreponerse a unos imprevistos contratiempos.

En esta nueva aventura, Wallace le regala unos modernos pantalones a Gromit que le acabarán saliendo más caros de lo que esperaba después de conocer al huesped al que hospedarán en su casa, un aparentemente inocente pingüino...

La familia De Martino siempre ha tenido la pasión por los motores corriendo por sus venas. Mario, el cabeza de familia, se ve forzado a despejar el camino para la muy joven y talentosa Giulia, su hija. A ella se unirá su hermano mayor Loris, ex-piloto, poco fiable ahora pero que conserva un agudísimo sentido para trayectorias y motores. Juntos deberán regresar a la carrera, mientras intentan escapar de sus propios demonios y aprenden lo que significa y lo duro que puede llegar a ser el ser una familia.

Se acerca el Concurso Anual de Verduras Gigantes y se desata una “vegetalmanía” en el pueblo de Wallace y Gromit. Los dos amigos, se están haciendo de oro con su invento, el sistema “Anti-Pesto”, una forma humanitaria de controlar a los conejos que intentan invadir los preciados huertos. De pronto, todo se viene abajo cuando una enorme, misteriosa y voraz “bestia” empieza a aterrorizar al vecindario, atacando los huertos de noche. La organizadora del Concurso, Lady Tottington, absolutamente desesperada, encarga a Anti-Pesto que capturen a la terrible criatura y salven el concurso. Pero Victor Quartermaine, el engreído pretendiente de Lady Tottington, está al acecho, decidido a matar a la bestia de un tiro para convertirse en héroe local y conseguir casarse con la rica heredera. El concurso está en juego, y Lady Tottington no tiene más remedio que dejar que Victor vaya detrás de la voraz criatura, pero las verdaderas intenciones del cazador pueden tener graves consecuencias.

Wallace y su perro, Gromit, abren una panaderia. Al poco de tenerla abierta se encuentran con misterioso asesinato, pero tras el enamoramiento de Wallace, Gromit se encontrará solo para resolver el caso.

Dug y su compinche, el jabalí Hognob, unen a una tribu de cavernícolas para salvar su valle escondido del expolio y, todos juntos como equipo, para enfrentar la amenaza de un misterioso y poderoso enemigo en el césped de un antiguo y sagrado deporte.

Cuando Shaun decide tomarse el día libre y divertirse un poco, se encuentra con que va a tener más acción de lo que esperaba. Las trastadas de Shaun acaban por lograr que se lleven al Granjero, así que Shaun y el rebaño han de viajar a la Gran Ciudad y rescatarle. ¿Encontrará Shaun al Granjero en ese mundo extraño y desconocido de la Ciudad antes de que se pierda para siempre?

The cat in the bag arrives in Russia as part of humanitarian aid from America and gets young drunk and mountain-the patriot Karabasov, which offers to emigrate to America. Flying on the magic cat which uses the tail as a propeller, dropped over Europe. There conceited young man forgets about the invaluable services rendered him puss in boots, and he returns ungrateful back to Russia...

This cartoon is directed against the brutality of professional Boxing. In parody form it ridiculed unworthy methods and means used to achieve victory.

Adapted from the Andersen tale and played out in musical comedy mode, The Ugly Duckling is set in a farmyard where roosters, hens, ducks and geese live and lay eggs together. One fine day, a rooster discovers a giant egg behind the farmyard kingdom fence, and discreetly slips it into the clutch laid by his partner... Very soon, a cygnet emerges, but as he in no way resembles any of them he is immediately stigmatized by the whole farmyard, enduring humiliations and suspicion on the part of his feathered companions. But in the end he becomes a magnificent white swan.
