A rich society mother hires a male escort, but he falls for her daughter instead. The mother-daughter conflict forces the daughter to run off to stay with a friend who is enslaved by a prostitution ring.

Una mujer llamada Elizabeth tiene unos fortísimos dolores de cabeza y dormir se convierte en un tormento. Recibe cartas amenazadoras escritas por una tal Lizzie, pero que en realidad escribe ella misma aunque sin saberlo. Acudirá a un psiquiatra para que le ayude y el doctor encontrará que en el interior de la paciente se encuentran tres personalidades: Elizabeth; Lizzie y Beth. El médico tendrá que lograr que sólo una permanezca.

El doctor Degrás, psiquiatra que trabaja en la policía, es un escéptico de las ciencias ocultas, no así su mujer, Luisa, apasionada por las artes mágicas, por el tarot, la ouija, etc. Una noche, durante una sesión de ouija, reciben un misterioso mensaje, va dirigido al psiquiatra y procede de un muerto llamado Ricardo. El mensaje es claro: "Pronto van a conocerse". Degrás ríe con claro escepticismo. Esa misma noche, pasadas unas horas y cuando el doctor Degrás duerme plácidamente, el teléfono le despierta, al otro lado de la línea un viejo amigo, el Capitán de la Guardia Civil Salanueva. Quiere que Degrás se levante y vaya a toda prisa al pueblo de Senillas, situado en medio de la sierra. Allí ha habido un terrible suceso: han asesinado a cinco personas, todos los habitantes del pueblo, y luego parece ser que el presunto asesino se ha suicidado.

During World War II, Chief Aviation Pilot Ned Trumpet is in charge of an airship at Lakehurst, New Jersey naval base. Trumpet orders an unauthorized and premature attack on a German submarine but the bomb misses and the submarine fires back, hitting the airship. Trumpet takes over the controls and sinks the submarine, The pilot faces a court-martial for disobeying orders but the older man takes the blame for his actions. Weaver transfers to the Ferry Command, and while on assignment in Burma, his aircraft crashes in Japanese territory. Trumpet rushes to the scene with a rescue team. Both are successfully brought out and are decorated for their heroism. Afterward, Weaver indicates that he will be returning to the lighter-than-air service in Lakehurst, to reunite with his "father".
