Sara, una adolescente quiteña de diecisiete años, está a punto de terminar el colegio. Día a día su amistad se fortalece y se despierta una atracción confusa que termina en un beso. Esto genera dudas en Sara pero la fuerza de lo que sienten hace que encuentren una manera particular de vivir su romance; siendo mejores amigas para el mundo y una pareja de adolescentes enamoradas cuando nadie las ve. Las sospechas de su relación se hacen evidentes y al ser revelada Sara y Andrea optan por una estrategia pacífica: van a una playa lejana y dejan su respuesta mediante una sencilla carta.

A young boy frequently visits an old man who lives alone, keeping him always in good company. One night, he chances upon the old man watching a dated clip of himself as a cross-dressing boy. This sparks within the young boy an interest to find out more about the old man's past. What he ultimately discovers aids both him and the old man towards a richer understanding of how the weight of life and identity should be carried.
