How much does the cloud weigh? (2019)

The scientist is immersed in observing the clouds. He counts their number, measures the distance from them to the earth, weighs the water of which they consist. The scientist does the work clearly, in good faith, honestly. But everything changes when a cloud appears that does not fit into its graphs and tables.
