Sinopsis
Un enigmático documental en formato 16 milímetros es hallado en la provincia de Córdoba. Cuenta la historia de una familia de cartoneros, semanas después de las elecciones ganadas por Cámpora en 1973. Norma Teresa Cuevas de Aresta, de 37 años de edad y madre de 17 hijos habla de sus sueños y cuenta sus esperanzas ante el país que se viene. Se trata de una mujer profundamente peronista y creyente. El rollo de material fílmico es encontrado por el cineasta Carlos Muller, que inicia una investigación para saber quién fue esa mujer, qué fue de sus hijos y familia, y en todo caso, quién fue el autor del misterioso corto documental.
