Hace un año que la mujer de Michael se suicidó y cuando aun no ha superado esta desgracia, su ultramoderno gimnasio comienza a parecer más una cámara de tortura, donde las saunas, aparatos y demás instalaciones se vuelven asesinas. El hermano gemelo de Catherine, cuñado de Michael, responsabiliza a éste de la muerte de su hermana y no cesa de reprochárselo. Michael necesita que todos estos sucesos cesen o también perderá su gimnasio.

Un ex artista de circo huye de la policía, que lo busca por ser sospechoso de la ola de crímenes que aterra medio Londres, y busca venganza por el asesinato de su esposa.

The film is not only a nod to Lettrist and Structuralite films in terms of its form and content; It was while thinking of the Flux Films series initiated by George Maciunas that the original idea for this film came to me. It had to be short, concise and in black and white. I had for some time had a fascination with the figures, the accounts and the texts used for the production of the credits made on ban-titles and which, after several generations take a slight overexposure. The film was set up with the references it actually generated.
