It’s December 2020, more than nine months of community quarantine in the Philippines. The idea of nothingness is actual and symbolic. With imposed restrictions in the physical world, how can we tell our personal and collective stories of living under the “longest COVID-19 lockdown in the world”? Confined at home, physical and non-physical boundaries are magnified as the filmmaker attempts to articulate existence through floating in time and space.

In times of necessary physical distancing, ten couples from the filmmaker’s hometown allow the cameras into their homes not to disturb but capture any delicate exchange.

In transit, Carlo reminisces the blissful memories of his beloved mother, Joy, who died a few months ago while the country was in lockdown facing a worldwide pandemic. As he returns to his hometown Pampanga to reunite with his family, he will be facing a first birthday without his mother.

An exploration of how we use the masks as our new faces in these trying times. It shows a perspective of what life is like during the pandemic through poetry, metaphor, movements, and the use of painted masks.

Recrea los orígenes del Mago de Oz. Oscar Diggs (James Franco), un mago de circo de poca monta y de dudosa reputación, tiene que abandonar la polvorienta Kansas y trasladarse al brillante País de Oz. Ethan Morgan es el típico nuevo estudiante de instituto. Aunque ya ha alcanzado cierta edad, los padres de Ethan no confían en él para que cuide a Jane, su hermana pequeña. Así que sus padres deciden contratar a una estudiante más mayor del instituto para que se ocupe de hacer de niñera. Pero la noche en la que debe aparecer esta chica, en lugar de ella llega a la casa Sarah, a quien los padres de Ethan confunden con la niñera original. Esto hace que Ethan, Jane y Sarah se queden solos en casa. Es en ese momento cuando los temores de Ethan se confirman al descubrir, de una manera un poco peligrosa, que Sarah ha sido mordida por vampiros y que está camino de convertirse en uno de ellos. Y lo peor de todo es que el pueblo se encuentra infestado de estos chupasangres, a los que Ethan, con la ayuda de Sarah y de su amigo Benny, se tendrán que enfrentar para salvar a varios de sus conocidos.

El pingüino Mumble tiene un problema: su hijo Erik, que se resiste a bailar, se encuentra con El poderoso Sven, un pingüino que puede volar.
