Limón Vinagreta es una niña que ofrece a Shin chan unirse a un equipo de ultra espías que colabora con Ultra Héroe, el ídolo del niño. La misión de Limón, que actúa en todo momento siguiendo las órdenes directas de sus padres Lima y Ciruelo, al servicio de la república de Pedostán, consiste en apoderarse de una misteriosa cápsula del laboratorio del doctor Flatulencio, en el vecino reino de Flátulo. Para cumplirla, necesita la ayuda de Shin chan, y como el niño aún no está preparado, debe entrenarle antes en las artes del espionaje.
