Rob "Fish" Fishman es el baterista en la banda de hair metal de los 80 "Vesuvius". Cuando el grupo firma un contrato con una gran discográfica, lo despiden sin contemplaciones. Tras mantenerse 20 años apartado del mundillo de la música, recibe una segunda oportunidad con la banda de su sobrino.
