Como puede ver por el nombre, esta es la edición Priya de Carnival Phantasm, que es famosa por su legendaria OVA. Aparecen todos los personajes de la cosmovisión de Priya, y se dice que es una broma en la historia original. Parece que esta decisión se tomó porque el desarrollo posterior al juramento bajo la lengua en la historia principal seca aún no ha podido extraer 1 fresco. Todos los OVA especiales de Priya BD que se han lanzado hasta ahora son de varios niveles y tienen gags claramente garantizados, por lo que este trabajo parece poder continuar ese linaje muy correctamente.

Shout and Crunchy are "trash throw away-ers" who work in the dead of night. Makina is a 16-year-old witch who has come to the world of humans and to London to study for one year about how to become a proper bride. But Makina searches for Shout and Crunchy, and begs them to throw away her "Witch's Book." Truthfully, Makina wants to quit being a witch and become a normal girl, and the book is just a hindrance. But the book is not something one can simply just throw away.

Soon Mina, the beautiful red-headed vampire, and her two friends and followers, along with a human boy and girl, will have to fight for us all to survive.
