The story of the film is really about an ambitious male model, Sivaji who is actually blind, and an aspiring male singer Srinivas who is incidentally mute. Shri Bhramma is unhappy with Yamraj and his assistant, Chitragupt, as they have misplaced a book or prophecy called "Bhavishya Vani", and asks them to go down to Earth and find the book within 30 days or else they will lose their status in heaven and will be forced to live as mortals on Earth. A book that belongs to the Hindu god of death, Yama, accidentally drops to earth. This book can be used to kill or save any human's life by writing his/her name in one of the pages of the book. Gopi, a young man, gets a hold of the book and abuses its powers for his selfish needs. Chitragupta, Yama's assistant, misses a book which contains all the details of human beings. The book falls into a city in Tamil Nadu. Brahmadeva orders Yama to locate the book within one month. Chitragupta fears that if the book is seen by the human beings, chaos will happen.

This story is dependent on the mother sentiment. The story is very simple. Hero’s mother lived a very royal life in a great palace as her husband was Jameendar that time. But later she lost her property due to some circumstances and she also lost her husband. And left that palace along with 2 year old kid (Ali).From that moment, she has been living a normal life. One fine day, Ali happens to listen the entire story of her mother and decides there itself to make his mother happy by purchasing the same palace for her mother. So he does lots of mischievous things to earn money. Bringing Yamadharmaraja, lord of Narakam to Earth is part of that. The story ends up with a good climax. The comedy scenes of Yama(Satyanarayana) and chitragupta(Bramhanandham) are most hilarious. Their conversation with the local police is most memorable hilarious comedy.
