The film tells the story of a gangster who declares war on the mafia. Canpolat is a gangster who works as a hit man. His brother is institutionalised for drug addiction. Canpolat takes action to hold accountable those who got his brother addicted to cannabis and trafficked him. However, he is injured before he can finish the mafia. When he is released from the hospital, he is thrown into prison. Adem, his old enemy, kidnaps him from the hospital and the police. His aim is to sell him to the mafia in exchange for money and to educate his daughter Hasret with this money. However, the course of events will change as some facts are revealed.

This film is about two outlaws that come head to head. Kamil is the famed outlaw of the town. He plans to skip the town with his lover Nesrin, and get rid of his outlaw ways. Ahmet, on the other hand, is an outlaw whose reputation has spread to the entire country. At the end of his nine-year prison sentence, he is exiled to town for six months. The rumors that spread following the news of Ahmet's arrival aggravate Kamil.
