After their chance encounter in Torino, they travel around Tuscany together, appreciating the works of Caravaggio. They begin to notice they are hiding their own wounds from each other. In Korea, he goes to her eye clinic, and they confess love to each other for the first time. In the end, they go their separate ways.

Everyday he performs the same old routines, and gradually his days begin to feel as uneventful and predictable as the ongoing rotation of the wheels on his train. One day, his train gets caught in a messy accident involving a passenger's suicide, and he is forced to take leave from work. He gets on the last train. Hanna (Tae-yeong Son) is an attractive college instructor who is having an affair with a married professor. Her world is turned upside down when his wife confronts her. Abandoned and betrayed by her lover, Hanna is forced to face her own demons. She quits her job, and hops onto the last train. A train conductor and a college instructor seem to share nothing in common. But for Man Soo and Hanna, brought together by fate, finding solace in the companion of a stranger has never been better.

A pesar de tener personalidades muy distintas, físicamente Park Myung-su y Park Hyun-su son idénticos puesto que son gemelos. Pero por un lado Hyun-su tiene grandes aspiraciones, y decide estudiar leyes en Seúl. Myung-su por su parte no dedica su vida a nada bueno y se limita a poner orden en las calles de su zona y a veces ayuda en el negocio de la familia. La madre de los gemelos se desvive por Hyun-su, pues confía en que el sacará adelante el nombre de la familia, y en este afán de ayudar a su hijo con más futuro, obliga a Myung-su a sacrificarse por su hermano. De esta forma Myung-su tiene que suplantar a su hermano en las circunstancias de mas riesgo. Los años pasan y quizás ha llegado el momento de que el exitoso Hyun-su devuelva los favores recibidos.
