Dylan es un chico de 16 años que sufre un cáncer que pronto le provocará la muerte. Su madre, Carol, le lleva a la televisión a explicar el caso y cuando preguntan a Dylan cuál sería su último deseo, éste -que se toma la situación con bastante buen humor- manifiesta que le gustaría pasar un tiempo solo con Nikki Slater, una famosa top model y sex symbol. Carol, una vez superada la sorpresa decide ayudar a su hijo y contacta con una asociación que se dedica a atender peticiones de jóvenes con enfermedades terminales para que tengan una última gran experiencia. Por su parte, Nikki, que ha tenido muy mala prensa últimamente, se verá obligada a acceder al deseo del chico.
