This Christmas, Disney Parks celebrates the joy of the season as hosts Jordan Fisher and Sarah Hyland share this magical holiday tradition with families around the globe. Co-hosted by Jesse Palmer, the Christmas Day celebration will be merrier than ever before, bringing together the adored Christmas Day parade, special musical performances, surprise celebrity guests and heartwarming family stories to celebrate the most wonderful time of the year.

Jordan Fisher and Disney Channel’s “Coop & Cami Ask the World” stars Ruby Rose Turner and Dakota Lotus host “Disney Parks Presents a 25 Days of Christmas Holiday Party”. During this half-hour special viewers will enjoy special appearances and musical performances from fan-favorite Disney Channel stars, including Kylee Russell, Meg Donnelly (Disney Channel Original Movie “ZOMBIES”), Sadie Stanley (Disney Channel Original Movie “Kim Possible”) and Sean Giambrone (Disney Channel Original Movie “Kim Possible,” ABC’s “The Goldbergs”). Additional musical performances include Gwen Stefani, Brett Eldredge and Asher Angel.

Join singer, songwriter and Dancing with the Stars: Juniors host Jordan Fisher and Modern Family's Sarah Hyland as they host the magical two-hour event from the Walt Disney World Resort and Disneyland Resort. In this year’s special, hosts Julianne and Derek Hough will take viewers on a magical ride through our parks that combines our parks’ beloved Christmas day parades with musical performances, surprise celebrity appearances, heart-warming family stories and more.

Celebrating the holiday season with a one-hour television event where viewers can enjoy the Grammy Award-winning musical phenomenon Pentatonix performing an array of classic holiday tracks as well as modern favorites.

Aside from taking a look inside Disney Parks during the holiday season, the show features musical performances from both Disney Channel stars and famous faces from “Descendants 2!” Disney Channel stars Dove Cameron, Cameron Boyce, Sofia Carson and Booboo Stewart will perform “Jolly to the Core,” while star China Anne McClain will sing “This Christmas.” Additional musical performances include: “Silent Night,” performed by Hollywood Records and Republic Records recording artist Sofia Carson.
