Nagisa Kasumi (the granddaughter of Nagisa Kanou, the heroine of "Fight! Iczer One") has a job as a delivery girl and makes her deliveries with a girl named Kawai on a base in the Moon. The two encounter a new race of alien villains, but are saved by Iczer-3! While Iczer-1 recovers from her long battle against Big Gold's legacy and self-proclaimed successor, Neos Gold, Sister Grey sends young Iczer-3 to Earth, and the child turns out to be the best hope against the new threat.

Screenplay
A tag-team battle between the elegant girls of Dream Team and the heavy-face-painted women of Foxy Ladies. Naturally, the Dream Team gets the crap kicked out of them, but not before one of them makes one strong attempt at lifting the 250-pound Foxy lady over her head. The one`s to take their place are Eri and Miki of the Wanna-Be`s team. Miki and Eri are both just fun girls who want to have fun, but once they begin their new training with the mysterious Kidou Corporation, the same corporation that trained the Dream Team, they discover that there is something deeper behind their training.

A principios del siglo XXI la policía utiliza al máximo la electrónica. Ken, un guapo policía rural motorizado, es asignado temporalmente en Sentinel City para formar parte de un equipo, para descubrir una banda criminal especializada en robos. Ken queda asombrado cuando percibe las maravllas del progreso tecnológico a que se ha llegado: robots, hombres y mujeres mecánicas, etc. Una de las primeras personas que Ken encuentra en Sentinel City es Elenore, una mujer policía, con ojos del tamaño de los dólares de plata y una nariz tan pequeña que casi le impedia respirar. Ellos vivirán el más romántico y ardiente de los romances, en esta historia llena de emoción e intriga.
