Segunda parte de la exitosa 'Yakuza Deka'. En esta ocasión el agente Hayata (Sonny Chibba), experto en artes marciales, se infiltra en dos de los más peligrosos “gangs” del mundo del hampa japonés, para acabar con ellos y llevarlos ante la justicia. Los problemas surgirán una vez la verdadera identidad de Hayata es descubierta por uno de ellos.
