This documentary presents the story of Dorothy Stratten, who was Playboy magazine’s Playmate of the Year in 1980. Stratten was murdered by her husband, Paul Snider. The film investigates the playmate’s past, the dynamics of her relationship with her husband, and the events surrounding her violent demise.

Dos maridos que sospechan de sus mujeres contratan los servicios de una agencia de detectives de Nueva York para que las sigan. Sus vidas correrán peligro cuando se les encomiende la arriesgada misión de viajar hasta Altar 1 en busca de la “Estrella Azul”, un mineral que posee en su interior la energía de las estrellas, y que al nombrarlo suenan coros celestiales.
