Neila Tavares (Niterói, 18 de setembro de 1948) é uma atriz brasileira de teatro, cinema e televisão, e também escritora (de obras espiritualistas), jornalista e apresentadora de televisão. .1 Neila já colaborou com o jornal Folha de S.Paulo e escreveu para as revistas Pais e Filhos, Mulher de Hoje e Ele e Ela; apresentou programa de entrevistas na Rede Manchete e na TVE Brasil.2
