Q has surrendered to the mysterious power and vice-like grip of the ‘Substance’, in trying to erase an old memory that she’d been a victim of. Her ‘Pusher’, fed up with the ceaseless manipulations she’s been through, decides to help her out by pointing to the parallel reality that ‘the Substance’ had created for her. Through this, Q will identify those hiding behind it and slaughters all her tormentors. Helped by ‘the Agent’, Q will fight them – the ‘Runner’ whom she simultaneously loves and hates, the beast of a Nazi woman who tortures her after imprisoning her in a dungeon, and the ‘Cinephile’ – the primary culprit responsible for setting off a chain of events in motion, and the one who wont hesitate locking up innocent women to satisfy his filthy cinematographic lust…

Earth year 2022. A pig-tailed girl with tape across her nips that’s dressed like an 80s leather bar-frequenting gay man named Osso escapes prison. Skipping down a dirt road, she’s psychokinetically frozen by a boobed Grim Reaper and told to become the leader of an invisible motorcycle gang. Meanwhile, it’s hinted that earth has been struck by an asteroid, changing its overall climate to that of a desert. Weirdly, a mirror planet dubbed Arret from another dimension overlapping our own is faced with the opposite problem. As such, a Dr. Moreau attempts to raise money for a “time gate” he theorizes will open a doorway between the two worlds. That way, he and those he presumes to be super-intelligent beings can pass through it to help each other resolve their climate issues. Oh, and he secretly hopes to establish a race of super-people who don’t eat, sleep or reproduce by mating with Arret’s inhabitants.

The film narrates the relationship between the leading character, Leopold von Sacher-Masoch, and four women: Wanda von Dunajev (the Venus in Fur), Anna Klauer (a single prostitute), the Maid (almost a mother figure), and the Contess Aunt Xenobia (the first sexual impulse). Haidée - both the leading character's delirious alter ego and instigator of events - accompanies his host untill he awakens the deepest truth of each one of the characters. Haidée's dream reveals the characters' truths, lies, memories, projections, fears and sufferings in a context which is more emotional than narrative.
