Moon, a middle aged woman who works at a mart while raising a high school daughter alone. Moon had come to Lake Sanjeong with her crush on a picnic last fall, but now she visits the area alone. Jin-cheol wakes up in the morning to find a stranger in bed with him. To make matters worse, she is in high school! What will happen to the two? Will they fall in love?
Transcurría el año 1991 en la ciudad de Daegu en Corea del Sur, cuando un grupo de 5 niños desaparecen sin dejar ningún rastro. Este caso se llamo ”La desaparición de los niños rana” que jamas fueron encontrados y nunca se supo lo que realmente ocurrió con ellos. Los padres, la policía y hasta el ejercito se movilizaron para rastrillar los lugares en donde se presumía podían estar los niños, pero nada ocurrió. Con el paso del tiempo el caso dejo de tener eco en los medios y pronto la gente se olvido de ellos, menos los padres, que siguieron buscandolos con la esperanza de que sigan vivos por ahi… Basada en un caso real. ¿Que es lo que paso con ellos? quizás esta pelicula lo revele…o no. Commissioned by South Korea's National Human Rights Commission, If You Were Me is an innovative omnibus film project to promote tolerance and human rights and shed light on the hardships disadvantaged people face in Korea. After the success of the first anthology, a second series, If You Were Me 2, was released this year. Five notable Korean directors - Park Kyung Hee (A Smile), Ryoo Seung Wan (Crying Fist), Jung Ji Woo, Jang Jin (Guns & Talks), and Kim Dong Won - participated in the second installment, creating shorts on human rights issues of their choosing.
Seok-joong, un maduro solterón que no tiene experiencia en citas, se enamora a primera vista de una prostituta llamada Eun-ha. Al principio, Eun-ha no muestra ningún interés por Seok-joong, pero gradualmente irá enamorándose de él. Sin embargo, cuando las cosas parecían ir bien para ellos, Eun-ha descubre algo que provoca un giro dramático de los acontecimientos.
The film is in three parts. The first introduces three women who are separately suffering from their own psychological injuries. In the second part, the three women encounter each other and other people as they are each on a journey to an island reputed to have healing powers. The last third of the film deals with the characters on a boat headed to the island.
