Londres, 1956. El genial actor y director de cine Laurence Olivier está a punto de comenzar el rodaje de su próxima película, estrenada en 1957 como «El príncipe y la corista», protagonizada por Marilyn Monroe. El joven Colin Clark, que sueña con hacer carrera en el mundo del cine, consigue un trabajo en el plató como tercer ayudante de dirección.

Adaptación en clave música.
