"Short! Short! Short! 2009" is an anthology film commissioned by the Jeonju International Film Festival (JIFF) to celebrate its 10th anniversary. The film consists of 10 short films centered around the theme of "Money," made by 10 up & coming directors in South Korea.

When the head of a credit union disappears with the credit union's money, four women create a team called Bong Chon Girl Scouts Troop #3 to recover the stolen money, and chaos ensues.

Young-Eon es una alumna de un instituto femenino que muere misteriosamente una noche mientras practicaba clase de canto individualmente. Al día siguiente Young-Eon se da cuenta de que es un espíritu y nadie la puede ver ni oir. Más tarde descubre que solo su mejor amiga, Sun-Min, la puede escuchar pero no la puede ver. A partir de ahora su amistad atravesará todo tipo de adversidades. Fantasmas, crímenes, voces... adversidades que podrían causar el fin de su amistad y el fin de Young-Eon.
