The story is set in a world where a tokusatsu hero TV series "Outer Man" has gained national popularity for 50 years (just like the Ultraman series). One day, a giant alien looking exactly like Outer Man appears in Japan. The truth is soon revealed that, unlike the story in the TV series, Outer Man is an evil alien who has been trying to brainwash Japanese people to invade the earth. The actors who played the hero in the TV series decide to fight against the real Outer Man by transforming into the villain alien in the series, Sylvie Seijin.

The body of a young woman is discovered in a park in Tokyo with all her organs removed. The case is assigned to Detective Inukai, a usually cool and unemotional detective known for seeing through the lies of others. But Inukai has a young daughter in need of a kidney transplant, so when the first crime is followed by two similar crimes, Inukai is caught between his roles as a detective and a father.

In a land far away, there is a legend that an Iron Clad Savior shall bestow upon the land and save its people from grief, abuse and evil. An armored suit-wearing woman with amnesia, only known as "Iron Girl", fights against a group of outlaws called "Crazy Dogs" to save a small village in the wasteland. Is she the legendary "Iron Savior" written in the old document of the village?

Los Go-Ongers se enfrentan a su batalla final, cuando son enviados a diferentes dimensiones por Bachiido. The story begins when Geki Red battles Nunchaku Banki after returning from his trip around the world for Natsume's birthday, with Geki Yellow and Geki Blue arriving to provide backup. After sending the Gekirangers into another dimension, the Go-ongers arrive before the Savage Machine Beast departs after his quarry. After clearing a misunderstanding with Geki Violet and Geki Chopper, the two bring them to SCRTC to see Master Xia Fu, with Hant revealing he met Miki at one of his past jobs at the Kyoryuya Curry Shop.

A special DVD in which Bomper lets each of the Go-Ongers do their own special seminar on ecology and also tie into the three Gaiark Pollution Ministers.
