The 100 year anniversary of the animated character Felix The Cat. His stories is told by three animators who created him: Otto Messmer, Joe Oriolo and Don Oriolo. Along with them, there are interviews with well known animation historians and clips and stills.

La Navidades se presentan movidas para Casper y para el trío fantasmal (Fatso, Stinkie, Stretch) cuando se encuentran con Bombazo, maestro de fantasmas. Casper no ha conseguido su cuota de susto en el año, de hecho no ha asustado a nadie, y debe hacerlo al menos una vez antes del día de Navidad si no quiere perder sus licencias para asustar. Para ello, el maestro de fantasmas les envía a Kriss, la ciudad más navideña del mundo, donde Casper hará amistad con Mass, una niña que ha perdido el espíritu de la Navidad. El carácter amistoso de Casper hace difícil la misión y tendrán que acudir a su primo gemelo, Susti, para conseguir asustar al menos a una persona…

Casper es un simpático espíritu errante que se extravía mientras se dirige a la Estación Central de Fantasmas, donde los espectros novatos reciben el entrenamiento adecuado para poder asustar a los vivos. El director del centro, Kibosh, encomienda a su subordinado Snivel la tarea de encontrar al fantasma perdido. Sin embargo, la búsqueda no va a ser nada fácil, sobre todo porque el pequeño Casper entabla amistad con los humanos, cuando debería aterrorizarlos.

La señora Crittenden contrata al doctor Harvey, para que libere la mansión de Whipstaff de los cuatro fantasmas que la habitan. Látigo, Tufo y Gordy no toleran a los mortales dentro de la casa y tienen un sentido del humor tan negro que ahuyenta a los más atrevidos. Su sobrino Casper, en cambio, es un joven amistoso que está harto de sus tíos. Harvey se presenta en la mansión con su hija Kat, una soñadora adolescente. Ella y Casper simpatizan inmediatamente, a pesar de que ambos tienen problemas para relacionarse. De Casper huye todo el mundo porque es un fantasma, y de Kat, en cuanto se enteran de la profesión de su padre. El fantasma y la joven son dos almas gemelas que entran en continuo conflicto con sus respectivos parientes por cualquier cosa.

En otra dimensión, el malvado Duque de Zill, con la ayuda de ejército mecánico, finalmente toma el Reino Dorado de Oriana. Felix el gato debe rescatar a la princesa Oriana y recuperar el reino nuevamente.

A goat is starving because scrap metal drives have snapped up all the cans. He finds his way onto a battleship - a giant tin can! The first sailor he sees is Popeye, who he is more than happy to turn into a goat himself.

Popeye is doing a great job of sinking Japanese ships (complete with toilet-flush sound effect). A carrier pigeon brings him notice that he's been granted a month furlough, which he plans to spend with Olive and his nephews. But on arrival, he's run over by Olive, who immediately leaves him alone with his nephews, who are practicing home defense.

Olive is going shopping and drops Swee'pea off for Popeye to watch. Popeye carves a sailboat for him, but the tyke spots Popeye's battleship, and the puny toy boat will no longer do. He climbs aboard, and there's the expected mayhem. Notable sequences include a stint on the ship's cannon's control board, with Popeye caught on the barrel, then in the gears; also, at the end, Swee'Pea hitches a ride atop a torpedo just as Olive is returning and Popeye's out cold.

Popeye applies for a lifeguard job when he sees Olive in the pool, but Bluto also wants the job (and Olive). The manager, Wimpy, asks them to demonstrate their skills in a contest. Popeye does well, until Bluto demonstrates lifesaving and first aid on him.
