Shin-chan junto con sus amigos entran en un mundo dentro de una película del antiguo oeste americano. Allí conocen a mucha gente de su ciudad y todos juntos intentan conseguir poner fin a esa vida en el oeste. Al llegar al único pueblo del oeste, la familia conoce a un ciudadano de Kasukabe aficionado al cine y a un profesor que esta investigando como salir de allí. Shin-chan consigue volver a unir a sus amigos y formar juntos un equipo de salvamento. Al final de la aventura Shin-chan y sus amigos consiguen entrar en la zona restringida del oeste y descubren el secreto.

The cub's father is Scholar Mu (voice of Joseph Campanella), who is the wise leader of the Great Northern animal kingdom and is in charge of their annual Summer Festival. When Mu is injured by man, the cubs must take on the responsibilities of their father and save the other animals from the hunters.

Se organiza una expedición y al llegar allí, dentro de unas antiguas ruinas, se encuentran una tumba donde descansa desde hace mas de 1000 años Golden Bat, listo para despertar si las fuerzas del mal atacan. No podía ser más oportuno ya que la Tierra no solo se enfrenta a la destrucción de Icaro, sino que el malvado Nazu y sus secuaces planea evitar que los terrícolas se defiendan y así provocar su destrucción.
