Parece ser que cuando Lum nació se perdió la invitación de la celebración de una bruja amiga de la familia. La bruja echó un maleficio a Lum para que no pudiera ser feliz nunca con su Verdadero Amor. En el presente, un nuevo Parque de Atracciones ha sido construido en Tomobiki, y el día de la apertura todo el mundo va a él. Sin embargo en un espectáculo de magia Ataru es convertido en un hipopótamo grande y rosa. Cuando Lum intenta reducir al mago que transformó a su querido, las cosas comienzan a tornarse muy extrañas, muy rápidamente.

The story concerns four animals fighting to expel war from the earth. Though based on the "Band of Bremen (Die Bremer Stadtmusikanten)", Tezuka Osamu's fans could easily associate the story with "The Amazing Three." The cat, dog, donkey, and chicken who transform into human beings with the power of spacemen and fight to save the earth are entirely reminiscent of the three characters in the "Amazing Three" who transform themselves into animals and devote all their energies to saving the earth.

Nobita tiene un extraño sueño en el que una nave espacial que dirige un chico de su edad está a punto de estrellarse. Remi es un niño francés que había sido raptado cuando era un bebé y entregado luego al señor y a la señora Barberin en Chavanon, un pueblo de Francia cerca de la frontera con España. La señora Barberin cría a Remi como si fuera hijo suyo. Cuando Remi tiene ocho años el señor Barberin, quien está desempleado, lisiado y tiene problemas de alcoholismo, vende a Remi a Vitalis, un actor ambulante, mientras la señora Barberin se encontraba fuera de casa. El señor Vitalis y Remi presentan espectáculos en diversos pueblos de Francia junto a sus tres perros amaestrados (Capi, Servino y Dulce) y un mono llamado Corazón Alegre. High school freshman Hiromi joins the tennis club because of her admiration for Ryuzaki. Ryuzaki is a senior, who's the best tennis player on the team and also nicknamed "Ochōfujin", ("Madame Butterfly"), because of her elegance on the tennis court. Adventures of the polar cubs is a delightful story of Mushka and Mishka, two polar bear cubs who set out on a series of adventures in the North Pole. Mushka is thoughtful; Mishka is daring. While out on their own Mishka befriends Aura, A prank-playing seal and Mushka stumbles over swan eggs, breaks them and creates havoc in the bird village. The cub's father is Scholar Mu (voice of Joseph Campanella), who is the wise leader of the Great Northern animal kingdom and is in charge of their annual Summer Festival. When Mu is injured by man, the cubs must take on the responsibilities of their father and save the other animals from the hunters.

Kozue is a high school girl and an enthusiastic volleyball player. Her dream is to play on the Japanese national volleyball team. Over the course of the series she makes it from the school district league up to the Japanese volleyball finals, step by step until the international volleyball championship. But the faster and higher Kozue climbs, the more she is confronted with the dark side of success: too-high expectations, self-conceit, and envy.
