Tras el asesinato en Nueva York del embajador cubano, la cumbre entre Estados Unidos y Cuba pende de un hilo. Consciente de ello, el gobierno norteamericano encarga a Micky Dane, uno de sus mejores hombres, que viaje a la República Checa para detener a Jana, una peligrosa asesina a sueldo. Tras capturarla, intenta llevársela a Washington para sea juzgada, pero hay alguien interesado en impedirlo.
