Mientras investigan la repentina aparición de portales mágicos, Haruto Soma y Koyomi se ven atacados por Geki Jumonji que intenta matar al mago con la idea de que su magia representa una amenaza para la paz universal. The Gokaigers were captured by the Zangyack remnants after departing to the Zangyack homeworld to destroy the empire once and for all. The Gokaigers, now working for the newly reformed Zangyack empire, return to Earth with a black Gokai Galleon and attack the Go-Busters in search of five phantom Ranger Keys which will unlock the "Greatest Power in the Universe". During the fight with the Gokaigers, the Go-Busters are able capture Navi, who tells them that the Zangyack are also working with Vaglass and that they must go back in time to save the other members of the Super Sentai Teams and defeat the alliance of Zangyack and Vaglass.

El Capitán Marvelous de los Gokaigers confrontando y derrotando a los primeros siete Kamen Riders antes de que Tsukasa Kadoya aparezca ante él. Mientras que Marvelous le jura que no descansará antes de que todos los Kamen Riders sean destruidos, Tsukasa afirma que no se detendrá hasta que todos los Super Sentai sean vencidos. Gai quiere enseñarle las cosas buenas que hay en la Tierra a Marvelous, entre ellas el helado, por lo que planea mostrarle el buen sabor de éste producto. En ese momento Insarn aparece con un plan no muy bueno, pero que sí causará una extraña fusión y dando lugar a un a un nuevo Gokai Change (Ocurre entre los episodios 38 y 39)

Los Gokaigers se embarcan en una aventura para encontrar un barco fantasma que esconde un tesoro legendario (Ocurre entre los episodios 23 Y 24)

El imperio espacial Zangyack forma una alianza con el Ejército Black Cross y su líder revivido, el Black Cross Führer, para invadir la Tierra con los otros enemigos Super Sentai que también fueron revividos. Los Gokaigers, junto con los Goseigers, que han perdido sus poderes de la Guerra de las Leyendas, deben unirse para luchar contra el nuevo enemigo (Ocurre entre los episodios 16 y 17)

Un mal que parecía estar desaparecido ha vuelto a aparecer. Mientras este mal esta resurgiendo, Alata se topa con un grupo de monstruos extraños para él, pero no para el guerrero que luego aparece. Shiba Takeru detecta la presencia de los Gedoushus y va a enfrentarlo. Más tarde saca la conclusión de que sí esto ha pasado, es porque el líder de los Gedoushus ha vuelto y piensa en llamar al resto de los Shinkengers. Pero mientras los samurais van llegando, Alata le ofrece su ayuda para hacerle frente a este viejo mal. Pero ese viejo mal no parece ser tan antiguo... Buredoran se ha hecho con el poder de las profundidades y ahora ha capturado a Takeru que lo tiene como su súbdito. Es ahora el deber de Alata y los demás encontrar al resto de los samurais y rescatar al ShinkenRed.
