Los sucesos narrados en el film, están basados en una famosa historia real sobre una urbanización cerrada y abandonada en Chiang Mai, que se convirtió en un páramo desierto debido a una serie de muertes y terribles sucesos paranormales. Allí llegara engañada la familia del Sr. Thee, un tipo corriente que lleva tiempo viviendo con un sueldo de oficinista, que no le ha permitido nunca lograr la casa de ensueño para vivir con su familia. Un día, tiene la oportunidad de ascender como jefe adjunto de Marketing en Chiang Mai, un lugar donde los salarios son mas altos y las viviendas mas asequibles. Thee, no dudara en aceptar el trabajo y comprarse una casa en una urbanización del lugar, para poder cumplir finalmente su sueno junto a su familia. One night, a young man Ken crosses path with a woman with amnesia. Unbeknowest to both of them, the woman, named Larn by Ken, is a vampire. When her relatives find and reveal the awful truth to her, she flees from Ken, despite having falling hopelessly in love with him. Ken is adamant about winning his lover back from her kins and willingly risks his own life to find her in the vampires' lair.
Kig is a single handsome guy who has to take care of his niece because her parents passed away. Often there are times where they don't get along, but one day they finally decides for a truce in order to put an end to their disputes. Kig likes Miew, who is deaf. When his niece finds out about Miew she instantly rejects her and the adults must make her understand their love.
