En China para donar su riñón a su sobrina moribunda, Deacon (VAN DAMME), un ex agente de operaciones encubiertas, se despierta el día antes de la operación para descubrir que ha sido víctima de robo de órganos. Cosido y cabreado, Deacon desciende de su lujoso hotel en busca de su riñón robado y va dejando un camino empapado de sangre a través de los rincones más oscuros de la ciudad – prostíbulos, clubes de lucha, mercados negros en callejones y fincas de multimillonarios de élite.
