In the absence of the genuine article, stable boy Pandoy serves as the Panday, forging a magic sword out of a meteorite and fighting pirates and white slavers. The film features a subplot of Pandoy having to choose between two romantic interests.

Rogelio is a gay jeepney driver who is being bullied by his fellow jeepney drivers because of his sexuality. His father devises ways to make him a straight man. Madame of Planet Appear comes to Rogelio and gives him superpowers to defend the oppressed and to fight Lucerfito of Planet Satan from spreading evil.
