Inspired by a true story, the film begins with the arrest of a boy and a girl (Antonio and Elena) both in shock and stoned by a mix of drugs and alcohol. The two guys are admitted to hospital where they both confess the murder of their friend Angela. A brutal murder and devoid of logic that will lead investigators to suspect that the two killers were not alone. Investigators soon discover a reality completely unknown to them: that of Satanism.
Recién salido de una crisis nerviosa, Nicolás, de veintidós años, decide junto con Viola, su amiga más querida, ir a ver una película de suspenso, género amado por Nicolás. Junto con otros cuatro amigos, se encuentran en el multicine más grande de la ciudad.
Una vez llegado al enorme complejo, sobre el que circulan diversas siniestras leyendas urbanas, los chicos se encuentran con el Guardia del Cine, un hombre de extrema manía, que considera su misión mantener el orden dentro de los multicines.
Tras presenciar la violenta película, el grupo decide jugar y retar a la Guardia, a pasar la noche en el cine, escondiéndose en su interior tras el hermético cierre del recinto.
Así que los seis quedan voluntariamente atrapados en el Multiplex con el ambiguo Guard, que, sin embargo, esconde un siniestro secreto.
Comenzando con la idea de un juego inocente, los chicos se enfrentarán a un escondite mortal con una sucesión de giros hasta un final muy aterrador...
