Shantung y Carrot son los dos excelentes maestros de Kung-Fu. Ambos dicen ser los número uno y ninguno quiere aceptar el segundo lugar. Por ello, los estudiantes de ambos discuten y dicen ser unos mejores que los otros. Un periodista, Hsiao Lien y su hermana pequeña Hsia se ven envueltos en un complot de ordenadores a nivel internacional. Afortunadamente, en ese momento los niños se encuentran en el lugar y les ayudan a escapar. Bajo la persuasión de Hsiao Hsia, los cuatro estudiantes abandonan su rivalidad y se vuelven amigos.
