Cada año en la Ciudad de México desaparecen centenares de personas, la mayoría menores de edad, con alguna discapacidad o ancianos. El recurso de sus familiares es acudir al CAPEA, el Centro encargado de buscarlos. Este documental sigue día a día a trabajadores del Centro y familiares de desaparecidos; es el cuestionamiento a una sociedad que extravía a los seres que habitan la ciudad para después notar su ausencia.
