Hace diez años Tae-sik era un ganster que mandaba en la ciudad. Ahora tras salir de la cárcel, Tae-sik vuelve a casa totalmente reconvertido. Mientras estaba en prisión su madre le regalo un diario en el que apuntar sus propósitos, siendo "no beber, no pelear, no llorar" los primeros.
